These pictures were taken
during the 2006 Christmas
season at the Ellicott City B&O
Railroad Museum.

This layout is build and run by
the Wednesday Night Train club.
This year I was able to meet the
members of the train club who
built this great layout.   They
started after Labor day and
finished just before
Thanksgiving.   Each year this
layout changes and uses an
entirely new track plan.   The
bridges are scratch built and
used only for the season.   It is
amazing what a group of 3 -4
people could do in a small
period of time.   If you go to
Ellicott City during the holiday
season, stop by.

While I was watching the trains,
I hears a loud horn from a CSX
train on the Old Main Line.   The
entire room cleared out in about
2 -3 seconds.  The last three
pictures show the freight train
passing right outside the door of
the museum.
